Membership
The Nassau Yacht Club has over 350 members including approximately 200 families. It not only offers extensive sailing and boating activities, but it is a place where members can come together to unwind after a day at the office, gather with friends for a casual Friday night buffet, relax at the pool or play on the beach with the family.
The Club also hosts many annual events throughout the year, such as the adult and children's Halloween parties, a visit from Santa, an Easter egg hunt and themed adult dinners and dances.
Membership offers the following attractions:
Dining Room - Serving delicious Bahamian fare
Docks - Convenient wet or dry slips with 24 hour security
Sailing - Year round sailing opportunities and learn to sail programmes
Bar - Fridays happy hour from 5:30 - 7pm
Pool- A large pool to use seven days a week
Beach - Watch the kids build a sand castle while you relax in a lounge chair
Social Functions - Opportunities to gather with old friends and develop new ones.
Application For Membership
Membership application packages are available on this page or in the Club office. Please call +1 242 393 5132.
Applicants must be proposed and seconded by two members in good standing with the Club.
All applications will be posted in the Clubhouse for at least 14 days before being submitted to the Executive Committee for final approval.

Corporate Membership
The Nassau Yacht Club also offers Corporate Membership.
Any company, organisation, body corporate or professional partnership having offices on New Providence may be invited to apply for election as a Corporate Member.
A Corporate Member may nominate up to four representatives who may exercise the privileges of membership, including bringing guests - up to six on any one occasion.
Expenses incurred by Corporate Members shall be paid at the time of the service.
Corporate Members are not entitled to attend nor vote at any general meeting of the Club. They are also not eligible for election to any office.
A Corporate membership may be subject to annual renewal at the discretion of the Executive Board.
