International Star Class Western Hemisphere Championship 2010

Nassau, Bahamas February 24, 2010. After a year of intense planning and preparation, the Nassau Yacht Club is in the final stages of readying itself to once again welcome the International Star Class.

The Western Hemisphere Championship 2010 will commence with a packed opening reception on Monday April 12th. Racing will begin in earnest on Wednesday April 14th with competition proceeding through Saturday April 17th. Races will be sailed in the area known as the Douglas Roads off the eastern end of New Providence, which boasts the signature clear blue waters of the Bahamas against a backdrop of the surrounding islands and cays.
